Brand Manager

• Build and grow Jerry's organic presence across key channels like Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok — the places our customers actually congregate
• Develop Jerry's playbook for how to show up in each community: when to post, when to reply, when to stay silent
• Grow Jerry’s subreddits into active, trusted communities
• Build a content and engagement strategy that scales without losing authenticity, leveraging AI where it helps
• Work with Growth and Content teams to ensure consistency across channels
• Measure what matters: sentiment, share of voice, referral traffic, and LLM citation

Brand Reputation, Community Engagement, Social Listening Specialist

• Drive overall strategy for the brand, pricing, promotion, new product launches, and how to best advertise a brand and/or product, for small to medium accounts
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients
• Gain a deep understanding of a brand, the competitive landscape, and its key business objectives to deliver growth strategy through qualitative analysis and quantitative data
• Manage the content required to support the product assortment for Amazon; work with internal and external partners to develop approved product imagery and descriptive copy
• Manage brand budgets and profitability
• Stay close to Amazon marketing BETAs and programs that can be leveraged on behalf of our clients

Brand Manager II

• Coordinate and execute national advertising campaigns across paid digital, social, and broadcast.
• Manage campaign asset delivery timelines and ensure all creative materials are delivered accurately and on schedule.
• Maintain and organize MMNA's digital asset management (DAM) system, ensuring assets are properly cataloged, accessible, and current.
• Develop and manage asset distribution matrices for internal teams, dealers, vendors, and agency partners.
• Ensure creative assets are optimized and formatted appropriately across channel-specific requirements.
• Support the review of creative deliverables to help ensure compliance with brand guidelines, legal standards, and messaging frameworks.
• Identify and resolve inconsistencies related to imagery, copy, pricing, disclaimers, typography, and brand voice before deployment.
• Build, maintain, and optimize project plans and workflows within Monday.com or similar project management platforms.
• Track milestones, deliverables, approvals, and dependencies across multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Act as the primary day-to-day contact for agency production schedules, asset tracking, and delivery timelines.

Senior Brand Marketing Specialist

• Own overall strategy for the brand, pricing, promotion, new product launches, and how to best advertise a brand and/or product for key accounts.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
• Expert in providing ongoing support to other brand managers, developing best-in-class practices.
• Manage a team of 1-3 individuals.
• Gain a deep understanding of a brand, the competitive landscape, and its key business objectives to deliver growth strategy through qualitative analysis and quantitative data.

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote and grow our brand, including crafting messaging for giveaways, branding initiatives, and promotional products.
• Own and execute Modea’s participation in industry conferences, including identifying and negotiating high-value sponsorship opportunities, managing vendor relations, writing speaking proposals, designing booth experiences, and keeping all activations strictly on-budget.
• Translate proprietary research and complex healthcare consulting concepts into compelling, client-ready thought leadership (white papers, reports) and high-impact sales enablement collateral that accelerates the sales pipeline.
• Proactively project-manage proprietary research initiatives, from survey deployment and participant recruitment to data tracking.
• Coordinate Modea’s award submission process by tracking high-value industry opportunities, collaborating with consultants to gather case study data, drafting submissions, and managing the award budget.
• Direct designers to ensure all sales and marketing collateral is flawless and on-brand before launch.
• Collaborate across the Growth team, and especially with digital marketing, on strategies to promote and disseminate content to the right audiences and measure content effectiveness.
• Plan and execute webinars through conference sponsorships and industry channels, collaborating with the digital marketing team to promote content to target audiences.
• Design, source, and curate unique gift packages for clients and prospective accounts to foster strong professional relationships.
• Stay current with B2B marketing trends, event best practices, and sales enablement tactics to keep Modea's presence fresh and impactful.
