Brand Manager

• Contribute to the long-term strategic direction of the Allegra brand and drive short- and mid-term executional excellence to grow global allergy brand share and volume
• Drive content creation strategy for different target audiences and channels
• Define brand equity, brand positioning and the long-term strategic plan
• Define brand assets including logos, typography and taglines
• Define brand campaign strategy with the GBGM, including timing, positioning and budget
• Lead cross-functional dialogue and develop functional tactical plans aligned with brand strategy
• Serve as focal point for A&P allocation and follow-up of the global brand budget
• Review and recommend optimization of marketing and business development strategies based on MMM learnings
• Lead content creation and orchestrate the global brand team to provide an end-to-end experience plan, including Go Big on Social
• Develop and implement a portfolio support model covering media and A&P, bring new brand architecture to life, and develop market adoption playbooks
• Track monthly brand performance across marketing and financial KPIs
• Support Global GM and Zone leads in achieving market share, sales volume growth, brand equity and brand health objectives
• Build strategic partnerships with global creative and media agencies, Innovation and HCP leads, Shopper and XP planning teams
• Mentor and provide input to the Global Brand Lead
