Brand Designer

• Design is at your core. You transform our materials into something that doesn’t look standard but instead feels professional, modern and on-brand.
• This includes, for example: layouts, templates and designs for brochures, flyers, one-pagers and presentations.
• The ongoing development of our brand identity (CI), from color and typography to a unified icon and image style.
• Photography is part of the role. Equipment is provided; what you mainly need is a good eye—for advisor portraits, events or professional-looking photos of our headquarters.
• Social media, especially Instagram and TikTok, will gradually become a regular part of your responsibilities. That means conceptualizing content, shooting videos and editing them.

Founding/Lead Designer – Product & Brand

• Help set creative direction for how complex products come to life through social content and ad campaigns, raising the bar on what "high-converting and on-brand" means for the team.
• Share ownership of the craft standard across typography, composition, and digital design — reviewing and elevating work across the team as part of a broader senior design practice.
• Develop concept-driven creative platforms that unify storytelling across touchpoints, building on ideas from across the team rather than working in a vacuum.
• Act as a senior creative voice in collaboration with marketing, product, and external partners, shaping 360° campaigns from strategy through execution.
• Contribute to and help govern the design system in Figma as a strategic asset, weighing in on architecture, scalability, and adoption decisions with other senior designers.
• Help set direction for motion and micro-interaction standards (After Effects, Jitter, Rive), and mentor others building this craft across the team.
• Shape how AI tools are used across the creative process — building and championing workflows that spread adoption team-wide rather than staying siloed with one person.

Staff Brand Designer

• Support the Head of Studio Design in delivering high-quality design projects – from technical planning details to coordination and organization of various processes.
• Detail and maintain construction drawings in ArchiCAD.
• Produce design dossiers in Adobe InDesign.
• Maintain structured filing and upkeep of all project files and documentation.
• Provide management, organizational and administrative support.
• Continuously maintain and update the internal furniture and materials inventory.
• Research and coordinate material samples and products.
• Ensure smooth information flow with external planning offices and internal stakeholders.
• Occasional travel: studio visits and on-site appointments.

Studio Design Assistant – Interior & Brand

• Craft the direction and expression of Parloa brand design
• Participate in the creative development of assets across digital and physical channels.
• Partner with Marketing, Brand, Content, Product, Sales, and Partnerships teams to align visual storytelling.
• Set the visual bar, and ensure brand fidelity across all creative assets.
• Help to evolve and maintain our visual identity system.
• QA design outputs for polish, detail, and consistency.
• Support briefing and directing external creative agencies.
• Champion an AI-first design mindset.
