Brand Designer

• As an apprentice within the Creative Lab, you'll be embedded in the design team and mentored by a senior lead.
• You'll contribute to real, high-stakes projects with increasing autonomy throughout the year.
• Support the Marketing teams by creating digital content (animated and static) aligned with performance or brand objectives (from storyboard to editing).
• Work closely with the product team to integrate Brand Identity into the user experience.
• Act as the guardian of our brand identities, bringing them to life across all creative assets and helping them evolve.
• Contribute to the team's key strategic projects: rebrandings, new brand territories, and feature launches.

Junior Brand Designer

• Own the transcreation and adaptation of French master creative assets for the German and Spanish markets.
• Build and maintain smart, well-organized master templates to efficiently deploy multi-language, multi-format variations of campaigns.
• Act as the brand team’s visual bridge to regional marketing managers.

Brand Designer – Localisation

• Own and evolve Bitstack's visual identity system across all brand touchpoints
• Create thoughtful, polished, visually compelling brand design across web, campaign, social, experiential, interactive, and digital channels.
• Work with marketing to bring campaigns to life visually, create assets for campaigns, social media, and branding initiatives
• Establish brand guidelines and systems that ensure consistency as we scale rapidly
• Use AI and emerging creative tools as part of your process — not as a shortcut, but as a way to explore faster, push further, and make stronger work
• Be scrappy and hands-on with whatever the brand needs, from an Instagram carousel to landing page
• Help set and raise the bar for visual quality brand work, defining what great looks like

• Help translate Dougs' strategic vision into a compelling visual universe.
• Manage a growing team and, in the short term, become our Studio Lead.
• Ensure Dougs' visual identity remains strong and recognizable.
