• Steuerung und Leitung der Billing Teams an den Standorten Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Hamburg und München vor allem hinsichtlich Performance
• Erster Kontakt für die Partnerschaft, Anwält/innen und Assistent/innen zu Themen im Bereich Billing
• Optimierung von One Germany-Prozessen an allen deutschen Standorten mit Fokus überregionaler Zusammenarbeit
• Optimierung von Kapazitäten und Digitalisierung
• Monitoring von WIP und Aged WIP, Reporting monatlicher und ad hoc Anfragen für das Senior Management
• Kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung der Billing-Teams auch durch passende Trainings
• Hands-on-Mentalität mit aktiver Mitwirkung im operativen Billing

Billing Manager – Germany

• Responsible for the commercial handling of complex, international solar tracker projects, in particular preparing all customer invoices and maintaining audit-ready documentation in accordance with contractual milestones
• Ensuring a transparent, accurate and timely billing process, including reviewing contractual payment schedules and proactively resolving billing-related queries
• Active cashflow and receivables management with prompt invoicing and monitoring of incoming payments
• Effective stakeholder management with Sales, Legal and Project Management to address deviations early and ensure smooth handling of all payment and billing processes
• Communicating and resolving commercial matters at the operational level with management and international customers, including clear presentation of relevant project KPIs, cashflow information and risk assessments
• Actively contributing to process and tool optimizations and further digitization by identifying opportunities, defining requirements and supporting as a key user
