• Supports the Corporate Audit Services (CAS) Compliance team by executing audit engagements to assess business processes, identify key compliance risks and controls, and evaluate control design and effectiveness.
• Performs or oversees control testing and documenting results in accordance with internal audit standards.
• Partners with Lines of Business and RCA stakeholders to strengthen risk management practices and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Identifies control gaps, recommends mitigation strategies, escalates risks as appropriate, and serves as a liaison across the Lines of Defense.
• Assists the audit team management in planning audit engagements.
• Performs or supervises staff auditors in the testing of controls based on audit program directions.
• Drafts audit issues under the supervision of the audit team management.
• Assists the audit team management in the reporting and wrap-up phases of audits.

• Responsible for delivering BSI’s audit services to assigned clients
• Manage a portfolio of assigned clients based on location
• Conduct various types of audits as Team Leader or Team Member

Automotive Management Systems Auditor

• Auditing inpatient medical records to ensure clinical documentation supports the conditions and DRGs billed and reimbursed
• Analyzing and auditing claims by integrating medical chart coding principles, clinical guidelines, and objectivity in the performance of medical audit activities
• Drawing on advanced ICD-10 coding expertise, mastery of clinical guidelines, and industry knowledge to substantiate conclusions

• Evaluating regulatory, operational, and governance controls across retail broker‑dealer and registered investment advisor activities
• Building and documenting process flows, identifying control gaps, and developing well‑supported audit observations
• Exercising professional judgment to assess risk severity, root cause, and potential impact, and clearly articulating conclusions to management
• Partnering effectively with business and risk stakeholders to challenge existing practices, provide credible audit perspectives, and influence control enhancements
• Contributing to enhanced continuous monitoring and issue validation activities to support sustained control effectiveness

• Conducting global sales and marketing compliance audits for all of Abbott’s global operating divisions and affiliates.
• Compliance audits provide assurance on the effectiveness of the key elements of Abbott’s Ethics & Compliance Program and cover scope areas such as, promotional and non-promotional activities, interactions with healthcare professionals and government employees, and commercial transactions.
• Identify opportunities for improvements in sales & marketing practices against corporate policies, local procedures, industry standards and laws/regulations.

• Includes identifying root causes rather than symptoms of control weaknesses, and developing appropriate recommendations
• Collaborates with colleagues and stakeholders to evaluate, test, and report on the adequacy and effectiveness of management controls
