• Take ad angles, hooks, and messaging briefs from creative strategists and ideate visual concepts that bring them to life
• Generate high-quality, original imagery using AI tools
• Work on 4 briefs per day, generating 12-18 images per brief
• Push creative boundaries with humor and unexpected compositions
• Collaborate closely with creative strategists in real time
• Hand off final imagery to the in-house design team
• Maintain a strong understanding of each client's brand and category
• Stay current on new AI image generation tools, models, and techniques
• Keep a clean workflow: track which prompts produced which visuals

AI Visual Creator – Static Ads

• Own 1–2 series at a time (10–15 episodes per series, ~1 min per episode + a trailer).
• Work with our in-house AI copilot for character consistency, casting, and trailer generation.
• Direct, edit, and finish each episode yourself. You create scripts; you bring the storytelling and craft.
• Collaborate with our team of AI Content Creators, tech team, other Short Film Directors, and our exec team

Senior AI Vertical Mini-Series Director – Freelance

• Utilize AI tools to generate graphic and video content for marketing campaigns and advertisements.
• Develop creative concepts for marketing campaigns promoting games and web products across various channels.
• Adapt content for different platforms and channels, considering format requirements and performance goals.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing Creatives Producer, UAM, and cross-functional teams.

Junior Motion AI Designer

• Генерація відео та зображень на основі сценаріїв, робота з композицією, світлом, стилем, реалістичністю та емоційним тоном кадру.
• Написання структурованих промптів із розумінням руху камери, поведінки персонажа, атмосфери, fashion-візуалу.
• Створення реалістичних AI-футажів для рекламних відео: fashion-сцени, lifestyle-кадри.
• Збирання окремих AI-генерацій у цілісні відео, робота з динамікою, таймінгами та логікою відеоряду.
• Адаптація AI-контенту під різні мови та ринки, робота з lipsync та візуальною консистентністю персонажів.

AI Creator

• Створювати AI-контент (зображення, відео, персонажі тощо) для соціальних мереж, рекламних кампаній.
• Працювати з різними AI-моделями та підбирати найкращі інструменти.
• Створювати та оптимізувати промпти.
• Аналізувати референси й стилі.
• Співпрацювати з дизайнерами, маркетологами, R&D.

AI Creative Designer

• Генерувати статичний та динамічний контент для різних стрімів продукту LUMI в межах визначених дедлайн.
• Мінімізувати AI-артефакти та зберігати реалістичність зображень і відео.
• Аналізувати та тестувати нові AI-тули й фічі, впроваджувати їх у робочий процес.
• Документувати та масштабувати успішні підходи всередині команди.
• Дотримуватись бренд-гайдлайнів та забезпечувати візуальну консистентність між форматами.

• Own the AI roadmap and execution rhythm across Swarmer’s autonomy, perception, and data stack (LMT, ATR, VISNAV).
• Consolidate AI/ML efforts into one coherent roadmap with clear owners, priorities, and delivery accountability.
• Align AI initiatives with product roadmap, combat-ops priorities, and field constraints.
• Build strong operating processes for planning, prioritization, ownership, quality, metrics, and quarterly delivery.
• Prioritize ruthlessly: say no, defend focus, surface conflicts, and stop work that should not continue.
• Architect and integrate the data function into the broader AI organization.
• Improve team speed through tooling, automation, AI-assisted workflows, and hands-on contribution where needed.
• Make high-level technical decisions and supervise the architectural choices of senior leads (CV, robotics, autonomy, integration)

Head of AI

• Покращення інфрастуктури та процесингу на "молодих" ринках для компанії

AI Payment Operations Specialist

• Conduct structured discovery and audit sessions with clients to assess current operations, including ticketing workflows, SLAs, and key performance metrics (CSAT, FCR, AHT, response times);
• Analyze support workflows, ticket categories, volume patterns, and escalation paths to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and high-impact automation opportunities;
• Evaluate clients' existing customer support platforms (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, etc.) and assess the maturity of their automation and AI feature usage;
• Design scalable workflow and automation strategies tailored to each client's support operations, technology stack, and business goals.;
• Identify and recommend AI-powered solutions such as chatbots, NLP-driven ticket classification, auto-triage systems, and agent assist tools to improve efficiency and customer experience;
• Develop AI readiness assessments and roadmaps that outline current-state gaps, target-state vision, and a phased implementation plan;
• Translate technical findings and data-driven insights into clear, actionable recommendations and executive-ready deliverables for both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
• Stay current on emerging AI technologies, vendor capabilities, and best practices in customer support automation to advise clients on innovation opportunities.

AI Integration Specialist, Fluent English

• Collaborate in the creation of high-performing video ads for digital platforms (social media, adult/adult-adjacent sites), focusing on engagement and user acquisition
• Assist with editing and post-production of marketing videos, ensuring they are visually appealing and aligned with campaign goals
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop and execute concepts and storyboards
• Use AI tools like Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, and other generative technologies to enhance creative output
• Apply feedback and iterate on video content based on performance and team input
• Adapt content for different formats, aspect ratios, and platform requirements
• Stay up to date with trends in AI, short-form video and digital advertising
• Help ensure content aligns with platform policies and brand guidelines
