• Design, implement, and scale Elephant Teams' AI capability strategy across the organization.
• Establish and lead the Elephant Teams AI Academy.
• Build workforce capability, drive AI adoption, and create measurable business impact through productivity improvements.
• Facilitate workshops, coaching sessions, onboarding programs, certification assessments, and ongoing learning initiatives tailored to different roles.
• Create and maintain the AI Knowledge Hub, Prompt Library, SOPs, templates, workflows, and implementation guides to support continuous learning.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency using tools such as Zapier, Make, N8N, and AI agents.
• Establish AI Champions programs, knowledge-sharing communities, and regular learning forums that encourage collaboration and innovation.
• Measure workforce capability, productivity improvements, client outcomes, and provide insights and recommendations to leadership.
• Help create innovative solutions that enhance client value and strengthen market differentiation.

• Design, implement, and scale Elephant Teams' AI capability strategy across the organization.

• Build and lead the Elephant Teams AI Academy – Designing structured learning pathways, certification programs, and practical training initiatives.
• Train teams on AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, NotebookLM, Microsoft Copilot, and Perplexity.
• Facilitate workshops, coaching sessions, onboarding programs, certification assessments, and ongoing learning initiatives.
• Create and maintain the AI Knowledge Hub, Prompt Library, SOPs, templates, workflows, and implementation guides.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, implement automation solutions, and improve operational efficiency.
