About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, implement, and scale Elephant Teams' AI capability strategy across the organization.
Establish and lead the Elephant Teams AI Academy.
Build workforce capability, drive AI adoption, and create measurable business impact through productivity improvements.
Facilitate workshops, coaching sessions, onboarding programs, certification assessments, and ongoing learning initiatives tailored to different roles.
Create and maintain the AI Knowledge Hub, Prompt Library, SOPs, templates, workflows, and implementation guides to support continuous learning.
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency using tools such as Zapier, Make, N8N, and AI agents.
Establish AI Champions programs, knowledge-sharing communities, and regular learning forums that encourage collaboration and innovation.
Measure workforce capability, productivity improvements, client outcomes, and provide insights and recommendations to leadership.
Help create innovative solutions that enhance client value and strengthen market differentiation.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Workforce Enablement, Organizational Capability, Change Management, or a related field.
Strong practical experience using AI platforms including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, NotebookLM, Microsoft Copilot, and Perplexity.
Demonstrated experience designing and delivering training programs, capability frameworks, and organizational learning initiatives.
Proven ability to drive technology adoption and behavioural change across diverse teams.
Experience implementing workflow automation and process improvement initiatives using platforms such as Zapier, Make, or N8N.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
Strong project management and execution capabilities.
Preferred: Experience building AI capability programs or AI centres of excellence.
Preferred: Experience within BPO, offshore staffing, professional services, or workforce solutions environments.
Preferred: Knowledge of AI governance, responsible AI practices, privacy, and security considerations.
Preferred: Experience supporting commercial growth through innovation and service development.
