Art Director

• The Parts Manager leads the Parts Department to ensure efficient operations, accurate inventory control, strong financial performance, and excellent internal and external customer satisfaction

Art Director, Campaigns

• Lead creative strategy: Define and drive the creative vision for our brand, ensuring it aligns with business goals and market trends.
• Own the look and feel of tertiary design languages, including KindCon, the Kindsight community, and our research initiatives, ensuring they reflect and enhance our overarching brand identity.
• Balance execution and resources at scale: Know when to take the lead on design execution, when to delegate to freelancers, and when to leverage AI to optimize workflows and scale production.
• Leverage emerging technologies: Stay ahead of design trends and tools, adopting the best new approaches to simplify workflows, generate concepts, and optimize asset production.
• Find ways to empower employees to use these tools effectively, fostering a culture of creativity and self-sufficiency.
• Design execution: Create high-quality designs across various platforms, from digital ads and print assets to social collateral and keynote presentations, setting the standard for excellence.
• Brand ownership: Oversee our visual identity, ensuring consistency and memorable experiences across all touchpoints.
• Project management: Handle design asks/briefs as they come in and manage design projects from start to finish, meeting deadlines and staying within budget. In the case of printed materials, this includes the production/pre-press process and preparing files for print.
• Collaborate across teams: Partner with marketing, product, and executive teams to align creative efforts with company objectives.
• Employee enablement: Develop resources, tools, and processes that enable employees to become stewards of our brand, ensuring they can leverage approved AI tools to independently create on-brand materials with confidence.
• Manage external designers: Provide direction and feedback to external creative resources, ensuring their work meets brand standards.
• Present and communicate: Share creative concepts and updates with internal stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine and elevate designs.

Creative Director

• Lead concept development and the realization of creative direction for motion projects.
• Create styleframes and storyboards that define tone, motion language, and aesthetic.
• Oversee/guide and participate in the execution of 3D/2D motion graphics, ensuring quality and cohesion.
• Collaborate with creative directors, producers, and designers to shape campaign narratives.

• Guide and inspire the creative team, by fostering a collaborative environment where feedback is constructive, and individual performance is actively nurtured through professional development
• Contribute to the foundational strategy of major campaigns, translating abstract client needs into actionable, sophisticated creative tasks that resonate with target audiences

• Navigate project challenges, balancing budget constraints and evolving client needs across the entire portfolio without compromising the agency's standards
• Craft and execute complex projects with a focus on high level art and copy direction that resonates at scale
• Maintain organizational excellence at the group level, identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions to maintain team focus and high output under pressure
• Direct and mentor Creative Directors and team leaders, fostering their professional growth and ensuring a cohesive leadership layer across the agency
• Oversee multiple creative teams and accounts simultaneously, maintaining a high level view of all creative output to ensure consistency and excellence
• Cultivate a high performance culture by building a collaborative, innovative environment that attracts and retains top-tier creative talent
• Develop and deepen strategic client relationships, serving as the primary creative authority for large scale partnerships and high stakes accounts

Group Creative Director

• Own messaging strategy and copy architecture across the funnel (cold traffic → conversion)
• Develop campaign concepts, hooks, angles, and creative strategy for evergreen and launches
• Build scalable systems: Brand Voice Playbook, frameworks, templates, SOPs
• Write and edit performance copy: paid ads, landing pages, VSL/webinar scripts, email sequences, YouTube scripts
• Review and refine founder-created content with strategic edits and feedback
• Create frameworks/templates that make copy production scalable and consistent
• Brief and direct copywriters/video editors (you won’t design/edit, but you direct execution and potentially rehire if necessary)
• Maintain creative vision, quality, and speed across outputs
• Run reviews and provide clear, actionable feedback to contractors
• Build and maintain the Brand Voice Playbook and messaging guidelines
• Own QA and final approvals across all channels (proofing, links, formatting, tone, claims checks)
• Final sign-off before anything publishes
• Partner with Media Buyer to test and iterate based on performance data (CTR, CVR, VSL watch time, booking rate, revenue per lead/call)
• Conduct voice-of-customer research and translate insights into messaging that converts

Creative Director – Direct Response

• Oversee production of all creative deliverables in support of both content development and delivery, and marketing efforts.
• Ensure all department output follows established brand guidelines and meets all required technical and design standards, as well as reflecting current best practices in visual design and layout.
• Participate in early-stage design for all eLearning courses and marketing deliverables, helping to identify visual style and required graphics (photos, illustrations, movies, etc.) for each as appropriate.
• Review design work produced by assigned designers and provide guidance.
• Manage campaign design projects, overseeing requirements definition, brainstorming, ideation, and documentation of complete design.
• Oversee and participate in the creation of project requirements, design standards and other documentation.
• Manage the day-to-day activities of the Creative department, including team meetings, individual check-ins, time sheet approvals and resource allocation.
