Application Engineer

• Identify and develop new business opportunities, introduce new products/services, and contribute to regional sales, orders, profitability, and ITO quality goals.
• Develop and present technical solutions aligned with customer needs, influence specifications, and prepare high-quality proposal content highlighting scope, benefits, and compliance.
• Provide technical leadership for Field Service proposals, including site assessments, material/labor requirements, competitive analysis, and support for engineering work scopes, schedules, and cost estimates.

EL Services Application Engineer

• Represents Regal Rexnord values and culture in engagement with customers and build positive technical relationships with engineers at key customers
• Develops a strong working knowledge of the products in the Air Moving Solutions portfolio and the applications they are typically used in and use that knowledge to provide technical support for customers and our customer-facing Regal Rexnord associates
• Interacts with sales, marketing, product managers, customer service and customers on a regular basis to translate customer requirements into product specifications that meet customer and Regal Rexnord business needs.
• Develops and tests product solutions to satisfy customer requests, as captured in the opportunity tracker, utilizing current portfolio of products and parts and other commercially available parts

• Lead and drive multiple projects to completion with customers, internal teams, and third-party partners
• Develop and maintain processes for pre-delivery, deployment and post deployment, ensuring documentation in internal repositories
