• Lead and manage complex NetSuite engineering projects
• Establish architectural designs while writing SuiteScript and building custom solutions
• Develop, customize, and optimize NetSuite modules focusing on global business requirements
• Architect, build, and maintain robust integrations and automated data pipelines between NetSuite and Coupa

Staff ERP Application Engineer – Netsuite Financials

• Lead technical definition and implementation of IEC 61850-based architectures, including data modeling, communication services, and system integration concepts.
• Work with Program & Product Management teams to create high-level specifications.
• Develop and support real-time controller solutions utilizing design specifications, model-based design which facilitates code generation.
• Analyse user specifications / requirements to recommend appropriate solutions.
• Analyse industry standards and market trends to build requirements to propose new developments in GE Vernova products.
• Work with Customer Support to resolve product, process, and customer issues related to communication protocols.
• Assist in preparing training material and deliver training courses, where required.
• Provide technical guidance, direction, and training to a new and / or experienced engineers, specialists, technicians, and co-ops when required.

Power Systems Applications Engineer – IEC 61850

• Work on real robots, not prototypes
• Take ownership of customer deployments from integration through to sign-off
• Solve engineering challenges across robotics software, system integration, and field performance
• Be involved across the full lifecycle - from understanding customer requirements to delivering robust, production-ready systems on-site
• Contribute to how we improve and scale deployments over time
• Develop and customise robotic behaviours for customer deployments by extending existing platform components (e.g. behaviour trees)
• Implement missing functionality and resolve complex software and system integration issues critical to successful deployments
• Perform advanced troubleshooting, debugging, and root-cause analysis across robotics software, hardware, networking, and system integrations in live production environments
• Diagnose and resolve deployment-critical issues across manipulation, motion planning, perception, and execution pipelines
• Perform hands-on integration, validation, and stress testing on real robotic hardware
• Integrate systems using ROS2 across the full execution pipeline, from perception and motion to PLC interfaces
• Own deployment readiness, including technical sign-off, delivery planning, and effort estimation
• Collaborate with Field Deployment, AI, and Simulation teams to ensure smooth execution
• Contribute to documentation, deployment processes, and engineering best practices

Robotics Application Engineer

• Proposing solutions, costing, and developing service proposals for automation customers in the Life Sciences industry.
• Analyze and verify customers’ requirements and needs.
• Propose and develop solutions to support and optimize performance of automated systems after installation at the customer facility.
• Co-ordinate a proposal development team comprising ATS subject matter experts.
• Facilitate meetings to converge on solutions and work plans.
• Collaborate with other ATS divisions worldwide to leverage regional resources.
• Communicate concepts and proposed solutions through diagrams, flowcharts, presentations, and technical writing.
• Develop cost and price models for proposed solutions.
• Create initial work plan and project schedule.
• Draft proposals with keen attention to detail.
• Conform to proposal delivery expectations and promote continuous improvement ideas for on time delivery for proposals.
• Present solutions, costing, and pricing to management for approvals.
• Present to customer in partnership with the customer’s account manager.
• Follow opportunities through the sales process and keep records of customer interactions using a Customer Relationship Management system (SalesForce).
• Provide support to sales team on calls and meetings with customers, including potential travel to customer sites for discovery and presentation of proposals.

Applications Engineering Specialist – Service

• Primary responsibility includes but not limited to,
• User Management: Provide technical support to Sales, Business Users, Institutional and Retail customer base with focus on application support, API support and network connectivity.
• Incident Management: Identification and resolution of production incidents. The roles requires end-to-end ownership of Production issues, collaborating with various technical and business support teams, escalation and resolution of incident in timely manner.
• Process Management: Take ownership of all release activities, participate in audit reviews and execute BCP exercise. Ensure Process Management continue to meet ITIL best practice standards, SLA and Client expectations.
• Operations Management: Monitor and automate application and infrastructure alerts to ensure timely actions are taken to maintain system stability and uptime for all the applications. Maintain knowledge repository and standard operating procedure documentation.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify area of improvements, implement process optimization, automation of manual task and improve the service level the team provides to the end users.

Application Support Engineer

• Supporting the implementation of defined features on the Salesforce Service Cloud platform using out-of-the-box configuration and, where appropriate, custom development with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flows
• Assisting with diagnosing and resolving bugs or defects to help maintain platform stability and functionality
• Writing and maintaining unit tests with guidance from senior team members to support code quality and reliability
• Providing regular progress updates to your manager and team members
• Supporting user setup and configuration requests within the Salesforce Service Cloud platform
• Collaborating with senior engineers and cross-functional team members to design, build, and deliver high-quality solutions
• Participating in code reviews, applying feedback, and learning best practices for scalable and maintainable Salesforce development
• Assisting in creating and updating technical documentation for implemented features, configurations, and support processes

Application Engineer - Co-op Student

• Promote the AAA portfolio and execute strategic plans to expand activities within targeted segments and key accounts
• Present technical solutions and demonstrations to customers and channel partners, and train internal teams on AAA offerings
• Define and design technical architectures and standardized solutions for key markets and customers
• Support Sales and Tendering teams in presales activities and service offer preparation
• Provide feedback to Product Management on customer needs, emerging technologies, and market trends
• Serve as the primary point of contact for regional teams, ensuring seamless transition of projects from Sales and Tendering to Engineering execution
