Analyst

• Responsible for monitoring and reporting schedule adherence in real-time using scheduling and time-tracking software and ACD real-time displays
• Work closely with Operations, identifying non-adherent agents to redirect them
• Monitor agent work behaviors in real-time
• Watch statistics across various KPIs (staffing, service levels, etc.)
• Provide feedback to the Workforce Management team (WFM) and Operations
• Change agent skill associations or provide historical reporting as needed

Temporary Real Time Analyst

• Perform structural and dynamic analyses to validate umbilical systems during launch and abort operations
• Evaluate disconnect timing, clearance requirements, and load conditions
• Analyze launch pad structures, support equipment, and integrated mechanical systems
• Support development of load cases and design validation activities
• Analyze test fixtures, stands, instrumentation hardware, and leak-check equipment
• Perform structural analysis on lifting fixtures, transport frames, handling rings, and associated tooling
• Evaluate load paths, rigging configurations, rated loads, and safety factors
• Develop hand calculations and finite element analysis (FEA) models to support design validation
• Prepare analysis reports for engineering releases and design reviews
• Collaborate with design and drafting teams to support structural design decisions
• Ensure compliance with applicable engineering standards and safety requirements

Stress Analyst

• Support the development, implementation, and management of the company's compensation programs.
• Analyze compensation data, conduct market research, and ensure that compensation practices are competitive and equitable.
• Conduct analyses of compensation data to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness, evaluating salary structures, job roles, and packages with recommendations as needed.
• Perform market research and benchmarking, analyzing trends and providing recommendations based on industry data.
• Assist in developing, maintaining, and aligning job families, salary ranges, and pay structures with organizational goals and market practices.
• Prepare and maintain accurate reports and data on compensation metrics, trends, and comparisons, ensuring data integrity across systems.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, monitoring changes and implementing necessary adjustments.
• Support the design, management, and evaluation of incentive and bonus programs, recommending improvements.
• Provide guidance and respond to employee and management inquiries on pay structures, adjustments, and incentive programs with clear communication.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of compensation operations.
• Collaborate with HR, finance, and other departments to align compensation practices with organizational objectives and support related projects.
• Assist with total rewards initiatives, including benefits, wellness programs, and employee perks, ensuring integration with compensation strategies.
• Support the evaluation and implementation of Workday modules related to compensation and total rewards programs.
