• Manage banking and intercompany loan agreements, including monitoring of interest and repayments
• Conduct financial cost analysis and prepare related reports
• Prepare and monitor daily, weekly and monthly cash flow, treasury reports and presentations for management
• Contribute to the preparation of short-term cash flow forecasts
• Administer company bank guarantees (letters of guarantee)

Treasury Analyst

• Automate recurring analyses for faster insights
• Work with Performance Marketing to optimize acquisition spending, attribution models, and channel mix
• Identify where campaigns are bleeding money and where we're leaving growth on the table
• Support A/B testing and CRO
• Coordinate with SEO and Product teams to measure what matters

Digital Analyst

• Act as the first point of contact for incidents and service requests through the internal Service Management system
• Perform initial triage, categorization, prioritization, and routing of incidents
• Own incident management process, ensuring timely updates and proper escalation paths are followed
• Apply known solutions from runbooks and knowledge base articles
• Communicate clearly and consistently with stakeholders throughout incident lifecycle
• Maintain accurate incident records, timelines, and documentation
• Contribute to improving the knowledge base and operational documentation

Service Desk Analyst

• Own and lead analysis across one or more business domains (Marketing, Revenue, Retention), delivering structured analysis and clear recommendations to senior stakeholders and the Head of Data & Analytics
• Design, build and optimise dashboards and visualisations in BI tools that translate data into actionable insights for business decision-making
• Analyze data across the customer lifecycle (acquisition, activation, churn, retention, expansion) to identify trends, patterns, risks and opportunities
• Define or refine KPI logic in partnership with stakeholders and Head of Data & Analytics; contribute to roadmap planning by surfacing high-impact opportunities
• Own and deliver ad-hoc analysis for high-priority business questions across functions
• Define and prioritise key analytical questions based on business impact; challenge assumptions and guide stakeholders towards data-informed decisions
• Identify high-impact analytical opportunities and support planning

Senior Insight Analyst

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis of corporate clients, including assessment of financial statements, cash flows, and key performance indicators (liquidity, profitability, leverage).
• Develop and maintain financial models to support the evaluation of investment opportunities, credit applications, and structured transactions.
• Contribute to the preparation of credit proposals (credit memos) and internal reports for approval processes.
• Support Relationship Managers and Senior Management with targeted analysis, dashboards, and ad hoc reporting.
• Monitor compliance with financing terms, covenants, and client reporting obligations.
• Collaborate with internal units such as Credit Risk, Legal, and Operations to ensure seamless execution of approved transactions.
• Stay up to date with market trends, industry developments, and sector dynamics to enhance the quality of analysis and recommendations.
