About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Metabolic Test Analysis: Analyze RMR and VO2max raw data to assess client's metabolic efficiency and performance.
- Report Generation: Create detailed, personalized reports based on test findings, providing actionable insights aligned with clients' goals and limitations.
- Quality Control: Identify and flag potential inconsistencies in test results, following up with the support team or client for clarifications if necessary.
- Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure a smooth flow of information and improve service delivery.
- Data Management and CRM Maintenance: Update and maintain accurate client information in CRMs, including spreadsheets, Hubspot, and Notion, to streamline operations and ensure smooth communication.
- Service Expertise & Product Development: Understand and effectively communicate the company's services while contributing to product development by sharing insights and feedback from personal experience and end users.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Sport, Exercise and Health Science, Exercise Physiology, Nutrition and Dietetics, Sports and Exercise Nutrition, Physiotherapy or related fields. A Master’s degree in the above fields is also highly valued.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively with our primarily US-based clientele.
- Experience: Previous roles involving metabolic and physiological testing is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Strong PC literacy, with proficiency in Google Workspace.
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 16:00 - 00:00 EET.
