• Lead pricing strategy to drive P&L performance.
• Turn data into impact with sharp, actionable insights.
• Influence decisions and deliver margin growth.
• Partner with leadership, sales, operational, and finance teams to deliver P&L performance across New Zealand operations.
• Design and implement pricing initiatives, reporting suites, and automated price health metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
• Enhance systems and processes (e.g., Power BI, TM1) to ensure accurate, efficient, and seamless reporting.
• Provide pricing recommendations based on market trends, cost movements, and competitive dynamics, aligning closely with procurement and category teams.
• Identify and drive opportunities to improve margin, reduce cost-to-serve, and grow revenue through dashboards and commercial performance metrics.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, sales capability development, and branch performance reviews to strengthen pricing discipline and financial outcomes.

• Report to Market Manager – Australia Pacific and work across NZTE, NZ Inc. partners and regional networks.
• Support regional planning, government and business engagement.
• Represent NZTE at business forums, council engagements, and key events for the market.
• Deepen NZTE’s relationships and presence across Pacific markets.
