Affiliate Manager

• Support the development and execution of affiliate marketing strategies targeting traders across MENA, LATAM, and Asia
• Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate networks, media buyers, and independent partners
• Manage affiliate operations through Cellxpert, including tracking setup, flows, and commission structures
• Monitor traffic quality, review affiliate sources, identify low-quality traffic, and ensure GEO alignment and compliance standards
• Track affiliate performance and assist partners in achieving monthly and quarterly targets
• Prepare regular performance reports covering
• Collaborate with the marketing team on testing new acquisition channels, funnels, creatives, and traffic sources to identify scalable growth opportunities
• Assist with campaign optimization and performance analysis to improve ROI and acquisition efficiency
• Continuously explore new user acquisition channels and growth opportunities, including testing new traffic sources and scaling successful experiments

Affiliate Manager – FX Vertical

• Develop and execute a global partnerships and affiliate strategy
• Identify high-value partners (influencers, trading communities, educators, media platforms)
• Own the full lifecycle of the affiliate program (recruitment, onboarding, activation, retention)
• Optimize commission structures and incentives
• Monitor performance metrics (CPA, LTV, ROI) and continuously improve
• Build and maintain strong relationships with top affiliates and influencers
• Act as the primary point of contact for key partners
• Negotiate commercial terms and long-term deals
• Collaborate with marketing to launch campaigns with partners
• Coordinate promotions, launches, and co-branded initiatives
• Ensure partners are equipped with the right tools and content
• Stay close to trends in prop trading, retail trading, and affiliate ecosystems
• Track competitor strategies (especially within funded trader firms)
• Identify new growth opportunities

Senior Affiliate Manager

• Fraud case management of suspicious affiliates: Detection; Analysis; Actions; Post monitoring
• Collecting information to identify potential system faults and prevent abuse issues
• Analysing data to find irregular affiliate activity patterns and abnormal behaviour
• Documenting case management process for each type of fraud
• Taking part in the development of the new detection models and improvements of the current rules and models
