Affiliate Manager

• Dar soporte a los usuarios de la empresa y gestionar las consultas y requerimientos relacionados con el ERP.
• Configuración del ERP y Gestión de Usuarios: Configurar módulos de ERP, ajustar parámetros y gestionar roles y permisos.
• Soporte y Capacitación a Usuarios: Proporcionar soporte técnico en temas del ERP y realizar sesiones de capacitación.
• Supervisión del Sistema y Mejora Continua: Monitorizar el rendimiento del ERP y colaborar con proveedores para actualizaciones.
• Optimización de Procesos: Analizar y optimizar flujos de trabajo en colaboración con otros departamentos.
• Integración y Automatización de Sistemas: Supervisar integraciones del ERP y implementar herramientas de automatización.

ERP Business Partner

• Gestión diaria de campañas y programas de afiliación.
• Relación y comunicación con publishers y partners.
• Búsqueda y captación de nuevos afiliados.
• Seguimiento y optimización de KPIs: CPA, ROAS, conversión, revenue, etc.
• Elaboración de informes de performance, deduplicación y análisis de resultados.
• Coordinación con equipos de Programmatic, SEM, Social y Analytics.
• Control de creatividades, promociones y tracking.
• Detección de oportunidades de escalado y optimización.

Affiliate Marketing Specialist

• Partner with business leaders globally to strengthen a high-performance culture, aligning people and talent practices with business priorities and long-term strategic ambitions.
• Enable effective performance management, supporting leaders in goal setting, performance dialogues, and consistent application of MIP and IDP frameworks to drive accountability, development, and results.
• Support leadership and team effectiveness, coaching leaders in building engaged, inclusive, and collaborative teams that perform in complex and fast-changing environments.
• Design and drive high-quality, inclusive recruitment processes, including structured interview plans and objective assessment methods that enable fair, unbiased, and well-informed decision-making.
• Lead talent acquisition for critical roles, ensuring hiring decisions strengthen both immediate performance and future capability in specialized and fast-evolving domains.
• Strengthen succession planning, growth paths, and internal mobility, ensuring key skills and talent are developed, retained, and deployed where they create the greatest organizational impact.
• Promote collaboration and DEI across teams and functions, identifying barriers to performance and inclusion, and working with leaders to improve ways of working and cross-team effectiveness.
• Collaborate closely with the Global People team, contributing to people initiatives, continuous improvement of people practices, and consistent execution of the people strategy from a global perspective.
• Strengthen our employer brand, contributing to external positioning, using market insights to stay competitive, and collaborating on internal communication to ensure consistent and compelling talent messaging.

Talent Business Partner

• Discover and Recruit: Use TikTok Shop’s Affiliate Center to find and recruit top-tier creators who resonate with our clients’ brands.
• Build Relationships: Engage, negotiate, and onboard creators, cultivating long-term partnerships through rewarding and motivating programs.
• Lead Campaigns: Design and manage affiliate campaigns including product gifting, commission plans, and content briefs to maximize sales impact.
• Optimize Performance: Monitor key metrics like CTR, sales, and average order value daily to continuously refine and boost campaign results.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work hand-in-hand with content creators, paid media teams, and clients ensuring the strategies are aligned and effective.
• Report and Innovate: Provide insightful reports on affiliate performance and drive ongoing testing to keep us ahead in the TikTok commerce space.
