Administrative Assistant

• Je verwerkt werkorders van bussen , met oog voor detail en correctheid
• Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de opvolging van de facturatie en zorgt dat alles administratief op punt staat
• Je ondersteunt je collega’s bij de administratieve opvolging van onderhoudsdossiers en onderdelenbestellingen
• Je bent bereid om telefonisch contact op te nemen of op te vangen waar nodig (geen absolute must)
• Je springt bij aan de receptie indien nodig, en ontvangt klanten op een professionele manier
• Je onderhoudt vlot contact met de teamleaders van de bussenafdeling en andere collega’s

Administratief Medewerker

• You process and verify invoices, turnover and costs across Belgium, the Netherlands and other countries, ensuring accuracy and compliance;
• You follow up on outstanding payments and resolve invoice-related queries with customers and vendors to maintain healthy cash flow;
• You support month-end closing and prepare financial reports to provide clear business insights;
• You maintain and update financial and administrative data in systems such as SAP or other ERP/WMS tools;
• You collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve administrative and financial discrepancies;
• You monitor financial workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy;
• You contribute to a structured and reliable financial administration within our logistics and supply chain operations.
