• Serving as first point of contact for visitors and providing appropriate assistance.

Front Office Administrator

• Managing calls from patients, secretaries, and other medical professionals

Junior Patient Administrator

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the team
• Maintain accurate customer price files, product listings, and internal commercial documentation
• Ensure customer pricing systems and internal templates are accurate and up to date
• Act as a coordination link between Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, Technical, and Operations teams
• Maintain accurate sales trackers, KPI dashboards, and service-level reporting tools

Sales Administrator

• Maintain and control Quality documentation, records and relevant databases
• Working in a structured approach processing certificates, machinery cards and all subcontract documentation in a timely manner for multiple projects running in parallel
• Liaising with sister-companies, sub-contractors and suppliers regarding relevant documentation received and requested
• Compiling various documentation such as reports for crane certification records
• Maintaining the calibration matrix, sample material traceability records and NDT records
• Assisting the quality team, quality engineers/inspectors in the creation of documentation and filing of same
• Support Quality function on Quality metrics and KPI’s
• Compiling of relevant Logistics and Quality paperwork, including the preparation of documentation and reports for customer and 3rd party engineers’ inspection visits
• Maintaining, controlling, and distributing records of key processes with a view to continuously improving these processes and eliminating undue waste
• Any other duties as requested by management.

Quality Administrator

• Check, acknowledge and log all tender documents and amendments
• Add tender to Tender Work Load programme
• Organise copy of tender documents and amendments for appropriate parties
• Ensure BoQ’s are copied and drawings prepared for site visits
• Support the estimator in identifying sub-contractors and suppliers
• Prepare enquiry packages and dispatch to sub-contractors and suppliers
• Follow up supplier/sub-contractor phone calls and maintain a live progress schedule report
• Ensure sub-contractor and supplier quotations are received and input into the estimating system
• Hand-over and presentation of returned and completed tender bid enquiry package to the estimator
• Attend tender launch and mid tender review meetings
• Ensure all information and arrangements are made for tender adjudication meeting
• Attend adjudication meeting and prepare summary minutes as directed
• Maintain central tender filing system
• Prepare files in conjunction with the estimator for hand-over meeting

Estimating Administrator

• Assist in the leadership of product development efforts across the Global foreign exchange business line
• Handle project management, business analysis and research in support of key initiatives
• Identify product opportunities and involve in strategic product planning and placement
• Review, prepare, and document business requirements for upcoming CA development items
• Create test scenarios and test cases in integrated system tests
• Coordinate User Acceptance Test and ensure systems testing in line with business requirements
• Identify product gaps and opportunities and recommend creative business solutions
• Manage product development initiatives from inception to implementation
