Accounts Payable

• Responds to more advanced supplier invoices, expense reports, and payment inquiries
• Supports accounting-related tasks such as tax audits.
• Support other team members and managers as a subject matter expert. Review work of junior team members, help resolve escalated inquiries including complex issues, create reporting, etc.
• Provides guidance in relevant accounting principles, have a strong understanding of the AP practices and end-to-end workflow of the function, and have knowledge of internal control processes and procedures.
• Advanced knowledge of Fraud Awareness to ensure that correct processes are followed
• Proactively identifies areas for improvement
• Takes charge to support and deliver the service level agreement on invoice processing, expense claims, payments, and customer service
• Supports the AP Managers in streamlining processes, reducing errors and enhancing productivity. Also assists in KPI reporting.
