• Review, verify, and process vendor invoices and expense reporting
• Match purchase orders with invoices and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare and process vendor payments
• Maintain vendor files and update contact/payment information

Accounts Payable Specialist

• Utilizes analytical skills to perform assigned tasks proactively and independently within deadlines.
• Develops, directs plan, and evaluates accounts payable policies and procedures, and ensures external and internal controls and policies are adhered to.
• Maintains W-9s files, coordinates year-end issuance and ensures compliance with IRS related regulations for Risk Management vendors.
• Trains new hires and supports the cross training of team members on department processes and system enhancements and upgrades.
• Provides leadership, coaching, support & problem-solving assistance, and knowledge transfer to others.
• Reviews and assesses if sales and use tax is properly accounted for on purchasing card transactions and 3rd party supplier invoices.
• Prepares QTR account reconciliation and also reports to the tax team what needs to be filed with the applicable states.
• Assists with external and internal audits by providing requested information to auditors and working with management to resolve issues and draft resolutions.
• Maintains and enhances internal controls and performs self-testing.
• Initiates projects to improve processes/controls, partners with project teams to ensure resolution of project/post-project issues and participates on cross-functional projects as a procurement representative.

Senior Accounts Payable Analyst

• Promote company core values and foster positive relationships with vendors
• Process vendor invoices accurately and timely
• Manage vendor setup and maintenance (W-9s, ACH details, compliance checks)
• Initiate timely payment of invoices using a variety of payment methods (credit card, check, ACH, wire, call-in)
• Manage Vendor Portals (invoice Retrieval and making payments)
• Reconcile vendor accounts regularly
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor inquiries promptly
• Organize and automate AP processes to drive efficiencies, minimize errors and delinquencies
• Support other finance and accounting personnel as necessary

• Build, develop, and lead a high-performing Accounts Payable team.

• Partner with business stakeholders and SAP functional teams to analyze requirements and design, develop, and test robust SAP solutions supporting core EWM/IM processes.
• Gather and prioritize business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
• Lead and support EWM-related projects and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Perform hands-on configuration in S/4HANA for inbound, outbound, delivery, cycle counting, warehouse set-up, and material movement internally/externally.
• Drive fit-gap analysis, solution design, and preparation of functional specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional workstreams to design seamless end-to-end processes and integrations.
• Lead or contribute to testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, UAT coordination, defect resolution, and cutover planning.
• Create and maintain essential project documentation, including business requirements, functional/technical specifications, and test scripts.
• Influence EWM process strategy by recommending best practices and innovative solutions that align with enterprise goals.

• Provide deep functional expertise and production support for EWM processes, including incident resolution and break-fix solutions.

Senior SAP Analyst, EWM

• Partner with business stakeholders and SAP functional teams to analyze requirements and design, develop, and test robust SAP solutions supporting core RTR processes with particular attention to the CO module.
• Gather and prioritize business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
• Lead and support RTR related projects and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Perform hands-on configuration in S/4HANA for FI and CO objects with particular focus on standard cost estimates, variance analysis and inter-company processes.
• Drive fit-gap analysis, solution design, and preparation of functional specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional workstreams to design seamless end-to-end processes and integrations.
• Lead or contribute to testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, UAT coordination, defect resolution, and cutover planning.
