Accounts Payable

• supporting the day-to-day accounts payable function within IFM's finance team
• ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, vendor payments and reconciliations
• maintaining strong financial controls and compliance with internal policies and delegations
• contributing to process improvement initiatives, system enhancements and automation projects

Accounts Payable Analyst

• 12month fixed-term contract
• Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
• Processing of suppliers invoices and payments;
• Processing petty cash accounts;
• Processes all local and sundry purchase orders, cartage, deliveries, transfers, storage invoices, container cartage, import customs charges, sea-freight, port charges, customs agent charges, local delivery and storage accounts;
• Processing of corporate credit card charges
• Processes custom duty payments, cheque run and electronic fund transfers (EFT) items;
• Mailing of cheques and remittance advices;
• Maintains company fleet card accounts;
• Reconciliation of creditors carriers / suppliers statements;
• Handle enquiries from internal and external clients;
• Process employee expense reimbursements.

Accounts Payable Clerk – 12month Fixed-Term

• Managing the end-to-end accounts payable process, including invoices and payments.
• Investigating and resolving variances and discrepancies - sometimes that means jumping on the phone or chatting via email or Slack.
• Setting up new vendor accounts and verifying bank details.
• Handling the AP inbox and providing excellent customer service.
• Reconciling accounts and maintaining accurate data in our ERP system.

Accounts Payable Specialist

• Lead day-to-day Accounts Payable operations, ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing, payments, and reconciliations
• Manage weekly and monthly payment runs in line with agreed terms
• Oversee supplier master data and ensure strong governance practices
• Monitor AP ageing and resolve outstanding items proactively
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of four, fostering accountability and collaboration
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and financial reporting standards
• Support month-end close activities, including reconciliations and accruals
• Act as a key point of contact for suppliers and internal stakeholders, resolving queries and disputes
• Partner with Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams to optimize processes
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including automation and ERP (SAP) enhancements
• Track and improve key performance metrics such as invoice cycle time and payment accuracy
