Accounting Manager

• Manage the order entry and billing process, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing
• Own the AR aging review and drive resolution of past-due balances
• Set collections priorities and strategy — determine which accounts need escalation, payment plans, or credit holds
• Investigate and categorize root cause of at-risk balances and report exposure to the senior leadership team

• Drive continuous improvement of AP processes, including exception handling, invoice workflow, and payment operations efficiency
• Evaluate and optimize collections effectiveness, including cash application accuracy, collections workflow, and reporting
• Support Salesforce integration on the quote-to-cash side, ensuring order entry and billing data flows cleanly into AR
• Lead system evaluation and ensure proper setup and configuration across the AR/AP toolset
• Manage the day-to-day work, quality, and performance of the AR and AP team
• Own and maintain AR/AP procedural documentation and controls
• Establish a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement across the transactional accounting function
• Serve as the primary point of contact for AR/AP-related audit requests from external auditors.

Manager, Accounting Operations

• Responsible for performing standard, routine, transactional accounting services tasks in support of Enterprise Disbursements
• Focuses on accurate execution of clearly defined procedures, timely task completion, and escalation of issues outside of established guidelines
• May perform disbursement and accounting service tasks as assigned, following established procedures
• Completes assigned work to meet or exceed established key performance measurements and service level agreements

Accounting Services Analyst I

• Own the end-to-end accounts payable (AP) function, including invoice processing, vendor payment runs, subledger-to-GL reconciliations, aging review, and month-end accruals.
• Oversee and develop the AP team — including the Team Lead and AP Specialists — through goal-setting, performance reviews, coaching, and day-to-day support.
• Prepare month-end reconciliations and variance analysis, investigating and explaining significant fluctuations to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Manage and enforce AP internal controls, with a focus on fraud prevention around vendor banking changes, duplicate payments, and high-risk transactions.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and modernize AP workflows, whether through process redesign, automation, training or AI-powered and agentic tools to reduce manual effort, increase accuracy, and scale the function as the business grows.
• Oversee the P-Card and T&E programs, including policy compliance, platform configuration, card issuance, and vendor coordination.
• Approve invoices in accordance with the Spend and Transaction policy, confirming proper GL coding, PO matching.
• Coordinate and execute vendor payment runs, including intercompany payments, and partner with Treasury on funding requests to ensure payments are made accurately and on time.
• Support vendor management, including new vendor setups, banking updates, payment term optimization, and escalated dispute resolution.
• Support internal and external audit requests related to accounts payable documentation and controls.
• Support shared services initiatives and partner with the Director, Accounting on cross-functional priorities and department-wide projects.
• Take on additional projects and responsibilities as the business evolves and Accounting team needs shift.

• Supervise a team of 5 offshore contractors while overseeing key financial processes
• Ensure the accuracy, efficiency, and performance of the team
• Foster a collaborative team culture, encouraging continuous learning and professional development
• Oversee month-end close processes, ensuring accurate reconciliations and reporting
• Monitor and evaluate team performance through key metrics
• Lead initiatives to improve existing workflows and processes
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

Accounting Operations Supervisor

• Lead and manage global teams supporting close, consolidation, and reporting activities
• Oversee the monthly financial close and ensure overall health and performance through defined KPIs
• Manage the consolidation of financial statements and ensure accuracy and compliance
• Drive execution of quarterly management reporting (balance sheet and cash flow focus)
• Partner closely with External Reporting on SEC filings (10-Q and 10-K)
• Coordinate enterprise-wide close processes, ensuring strong accountability across Finance
• Act as liaison with IT, assessing system impacts on close and coordinating communication of issues
• Drive process improvements and transformation initiatives
• Collaborate across key stakeholders including Corporate Planning, Revenue, Treasury Accounting, Tax, and others
• Support engagement with external auditors on disclosures and accounting matters
• Partner with Investor Relations and CFO Office during quarterly close cycles
