Accounting Manager

• Prepare and analyze required banking regulatory reports such as the Call Report, FR Y-9C, FR Y-14Q, FR Y-14A, FFIEC 009, FR Y-15, TIC Reports, FR Y-6, FR Y-10, FR Y-8, and other reports as needed
• Create clean, accurate and well-organized documentation of reported numbers and supporting conclusions made from required guidance
• Analyze results and provide insightful detail to management for trends and fluctuations
• Collaborate and communicate requirements across the organization to gather reportable data
• Provide business requirements to data partners and complete user acceptance testing of the resulting efforts
• Interact with the regulators regarding the various reports
• Perform reconciliations to other regulatory and external filings
• Identify and work with others within the organization to improve reporting data and generate additional operational efficiencies
• Ensure maintenance of procedural documentation for the regulatory reporting process and execute appropriate review controls
• Identify, articulate, and coordinate regulatory reporting issues with Risk Management, Internal Audit and Legal
• Participate in special projects related to regulatory reporting efforts, as needed.

Regulatory Reporting Accounting Manager

Senior Accounting Manager

• Manage teammates as they process cash and non-cash transactions in the loan servicing application.
• Ensure all lender remittances and corresponding reporting for all lender types is completed timely and accurately, including all IRP reporting (CMBS) and Agency reporting (FNMA, FHLMC, GNMA).

Product Manager, Accounting SME

• Serve as the working leader overseeing the daily operations of the Claims Accounting Department to ensure efficient workflow, accuracy, and timely completion of all tasks
• Partner with the Manager and HR to support department leadership functions, including monitoring daily workflows, performance management, attendance tracking, scheduling, and timecard review
• Adjust workloads as needed to maintain productivity, service levels, and quality standards
• Prepare monthly financial statements and related reporting for clients, as well as other financial documents requested by internal or external stakeholders

• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and other applicable accounting standards, client agreements, and regulatory reporting requirements.

• Oversee onshore and offshore accounting teams: ensuring high-quality output, efficient workflows, and clear communication across time zones.
• Develop and mentor accounting personnel: manage, mentor, and develop a diverse team of accounting professionals, setting performance goals and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Own internal controls and accounting policies: implement and maintain robust internal controls and accounting policies to safeguard company assets and ensure integrity of financial reporting.
• Partner with Finance, FP&A, Operations, and Leadership to support budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis as well as long term strategic initiatives such as onboarding of new acquisitions, system integration, process centralization efforts, and data strategy.
