Accountant

• Prepare accurate and timely financial reporting for assigned grants
• Ensure compliance with grant requirements, AmeriCorps regulations, OMB/2 CFR200, GAAP, FASB standards, applicable laws, and internal controls
• Produce timely and accurate invoices for assigned grants
• Maintain knowledge base of grant requirements
• Monitor budget-to-actual performance for assigned grants
• Prepare grant expenditure reports for government, corporate, and foundation grants
• Review grant allocations for alignment with spend-down strategies
• Verify accuracy of grant revenue and expenses
• Monitor expense allocations to ensure appropriateness
• Review accounting transactions for proper coding and allowability

Grants Accountant

• Review customer contracts and determine appropriate revenue recognition treatment under ASC 606, including documenting nonstandard terms
• Own key components of the monthly and quarterly close, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis
• Partner with cross-functional teams to provide revenue insights and support deal structuring decisions
• Support external audits and ensure revenue-related documentation and controls are buttoned up
• Help scale and improve revenue systems, processes, and controls as the business grows
• Participate in revenue accounting and quote-to-cash cycle special projects
• Support cross-department efforts and build relationships with other teams, including accounting, FP&A, sales, deal desk, and legal

Senior Revenue Accountant

• Responsible for capturing, analyzing, forecasting, revenues, costs, assets and liabilities associated with specific projects.
• Prepare projects in a timely and accurate monthly, quarterly and annual manner.
• Review with project teams the monthly project statements to ensure costs and results are properly reflected, noting substantial variances from budget.
• Prepare monthly journal entries for project revenues, expenses, accruals, and related account analyses to complete the monthly close on a timely basis.
• Assist with the completion of monthly management reports, including Flash reporting and business monthly reviews by providing timely, accurate detailed accounting records as it relates to projects and at the consolidated level.
• Provides assistance and a resource for accounts payable to ensure costs are properly classified by project.
• Fully support the annual audit with project data reports.

Senior Project Accountant

• Support and progressively own components of the monthly close process (target: 5–7 business days)
• Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals, deferrals, and reclassifications
• Ensure transactions are recorded accurately and in the appropriate accounting period
• Assist in preparation of monthly financial statements and reporting packages
• Perform and maintain monthly balance sheet reconciliations
• Review payables for accuracy, proper coding, approvals, and documentation
• Identify and record necessary accruals and estimates
• Collaborate with Accounting and Operations teams to ensure alignment of financial data
• Support audit and lender requests by providing accurate documentation and analysis

Senior Accountant

• Responsible for preparing, recording, analyzing, and reporting accounting transactions to ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial records
• Provides comprehensive financial support, including forecasting, budgeting, and analyzing variances from budget
• Analyzes and prepares statutory accounts, financial statements, and reports
• Manages the accounting of the business's monthly revenue and claims, and oversees revenue cycle reporting and reconciliations
• Collaborates with Health Care Provider Payment Platforms to ensure accurate financial terms within contractual arrangements and validating quarterly settlements
• Develops methods and criteria for measuring and summarizing financial data, prepares complex analyses
• Leads or participates in special projects as required by the business

• Maintain accurate fixed asset register (acquisitions, disposals, transfers)
• Calculate and record depreciation per policy and standards
• Reconcile fixed asset subledger to general ledger monthly
• Support month, quarter, and year-end close activities

• Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components
• Work is performed without direction
• Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments

• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, assist with the monthly close activities, prepare schedules and other general accounting functions.
• Coordinate and work cross functionally with the actuary team, pharmacy team, and others as needed to administer the accounting for pharmacy and medical rebates.
• Manage or perform functions related to accounting and or reporting on a GAAP/STAT basis.
• Participate in financial accounting issues resolution and process procedural changes.
• Provide leadership, coaching, support & problem solving assistance, and knowledge transfer to others.
• Research financial and operating data, prepares financial analyses and reports of findings and prepares recommendations to management.
• Initiate projects to improve processes/controls, partner with project teams to ensure resolution of project/post-project issues.
• Review financial statements and supporting documentation for GAAP/STAT monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for internal/external audiences.
• Assist with audits by providing requested information to auditors and resolve issues and draft resolutions.
• Maintain and enhance internal controls and perform self-testing.

Senior Accountant – Rebates and Other Liabilities

• Hands-on training across various operational accounting roles within the Poultry segment
• Exposure to both Poultry Live Production Accounting and Poultry Plant Accounting
• 9 months of experience in Complex and/or Plant Accounting operations
• Responsibilities for financial closing and reporting, supervisory duties, and understanding of the business

TP Associate Accountant

• hands-on training across various operational accounting roles within the Poultry segment
• exposure to both Poultry Live Production Accounting and Poultry Plant Accounting
• approximately nine months of experience in Complex and/or Plant Accounting operations
• responsibilities for financial closing and reporting
• supervisory duties and comprehensive understanding of the business
