Account Manager

• Serve as the primary, direct point of contact for our premium UK client base, managing expectations, retaining accounts, and building deep-seated trust remotely.
• Work completely independently from your remote workspace to oversee client deliverables, coordinate internally, and resolve complex roadblocks without needing hand-holding.
• Translate technical or operational updates into clear, polished, and professional business language for overseas stakeholders.
• Proactively monitor client health, anticipate their business needs, and identify opportunities to add further value to their operations.
• Maintain the exceptionally high bar of service, communication, and responsiveness that our clients expect, utilizing modern remote collaboration tools.

Client Relationship Manager, Western Markets

• Assist in the financial analysis, credit risk assessment, risk rating and structuring of facilities for assigned corporate relationships, by working with the Relationship Managers (RMs / SRMs), meeting the customers, preparing Credit Proposals (CPs) (new, annual renewals and amendments etc.) and liaising with Credit Risk Management (CRM) and the Compliance Unit to resolve all queries related to risk and compliance issues, respectively.
• Review with the CIBG Relationship Teams/WRM, deals, facility structures, credit products / services, and provide business solutions which meet business and customer requirements within credit and operational risk guidelines and policies.
• Quick and timely turnaround of CPs while maintaining quality of analysis.
• Ensure terms laid out in the proposal are in line with client expectations to avoid significant deviations in the approved terms. Exposures to be monitored along with RAROC and overall profitability
• Monitoring mechanisms laid out in Lending Guideline and Credit Policy to be followed up with Credit Control Unit for strict adherence
• Ensure review of all Early Alert instances and promptly bring to the attention of Direct Supervisor.
• During RM’s absence (leave / training/secondment etc.), step into the role of the RM, and provide the required guidance to the team.

Credit Relationship Manager – TC Portfolio Management & Monitoring

• Drive Underlying Volume/Sales Growth across the Food Services channel within the assigned territory.
• Execute customer growth plans for key Food Services customers including hotels, restaurants, cafés, ice cream parlours, caterers, and institutional accounts.
• Identify, acquire, and onboard new Food Services customers to expand TMICC’s footprint and market penetration.
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and negotiate commercial agreements, annual contracts, and Joint Business Plans with strategic customers.
• Ensure superior product availability, menu visibility, freezer placement, and brand presence across Food Services outlets.
• Partner with distributors to deliver sales targets, optimize route-to-market execution, and improve service levels for Food Services customers.
• Lead the execution of channel-specific promotional activities, menu integrations, seasonal activations, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Monitor competitor activity, pricing, assortment, and channel trends to identify growth opportunities and strengthen competitive advantage.
• Analyze sales performance, customer profitability, and outlet productivity to drive sustainable business growth and gross margin improvement.
• Lead and develop distributor sales teams, ensuring capability building, performance management, and achievement of key business KPIs.
• Maintain high standards of freezer asset management, cold chain compliance, and product quality across all Food Services customers.
• Continuously evaluate business performance and implement corrective actions through post-execution reviews and data-driven insights.

Territory Manager, Food Services

• Own the client internally and ensure every service provided is aligned with our Partnership goals
• Having a broader approach to the role, not just focusing on PPC, but considering all the services provided to our clients
• Own 100% of client communication. Managing clients’ expectations clearly and properly. Client response time is expected to be within 1 hour during mandatory working hours
• Create, launch and manage Amazon PPC ads campaigns to meet clients’ goals.
• Closely monitoring PPC spending and budget to maximize profitability
• Perform keyword research on new products to be launched, and update existing products to stay on top of trends.
• Monitor competitors and Amazon trends to make sure we are offering the best approach to our clients.
• Analyze past performance of our brands to ensure we meet expectations, as well as detecting performance issues in advance
• Analyze, interpret, and create action plans for daily, weekly and monthly analytics reporting focusing on Main KPIs aligned with our clients’ goals.
• Working in Bulk Sheets to improve optimization. Understanding different reports to deploy new growth strategies and reports
• Collaborating with Customer Success Managers, Data Analysts, Brand Managers and PPC Managers, while owning the account strategies and meeting expectations.
• Providing top quality services (5/5) to meet high standards in customer satisfaction.

Account Strategist

• Maintain portfolio quality by ensuring timely update of KYC, TL & all other aspects of governance
• Achieve assigned non-financial target by emailing and calling the customers
• Adhere to KYC/ AML and relevant product SOPs to safeguard the bank from potential loss / AML fraud & ensure ethical behavior

Senior Virtual Relationship Manager – Business Banking, VRM, Retail Banking

• Manage assigned corporate relationships and act as key point of contact for clients
• Assist in development and execution client-specific relationship strategies and account plans
• Assist in driving cross-sell of banking products in coordination with product partners
• Conduct financial analysis, risk assessment, and preparation of Credit Proposals (CPs)
• Coordinate with Wholesale Risk / Credit / Compliance to resolve queries
• Monitor portfolio quality, risk ratings, and early warning signals

• Serve as the primary client-facing partner for post-renewal contracting, procurement, and billing engagement, delivering a seamless commercial experience.
• Proactively manage commercial and procurement workflows to ensure invoice accuracy, timely payments, and overall account health, thereby reducing billing friction and preventing collections escalations.
• Partner closely with clients and internal stakeholders to address billing-related challenges, facilitate alignment across procurement and finance contacts, and proactively resolve issues impacting revenue realization.
• Act as a trusted advisor to both clients and Account Managers, ensuring a high-touch experience that supports long-term partnership growth and retention.
• Contribute to faster client payment cycles, reduced aging receivables, and a significant improvement in the overall client billing and payment process.
