• Maintain portfolio quality by ensuring timely update of KYC, TL & all other aspects of governance
• Achieve assigned non-financial target by emailing and calling the customers

Senior Virtual Relationship Manager – Business Banking, VRM, Retail Banking

• Manage assigned corporate relationships and act as key point of contact for clients
• Assist in development and execution client-specific relationship strategies and account plans
• Assist in driving cross-sell of banking products in coordination with product partners
• Conduct financial analysis, risk assessment, and preparation of Credit Proposals (CPs)
• Coordinate with Wholesale Risk / Credit / Compliance to resolve queries
• Monitor portfolio quality, risk ratings, and early warning signals
• Ensure timely submission of annual reviews, renewals, and amendments
• Ensure accurate and updated client data in systems (e.g., CreditLens / ELCM)
• Track financials, covenant compliance, and facility utilization

Credit Relationship Manager – Energy, Corporate & Investment Banking

• Serve as the primary client-facing partner for post-renewal contracting, procurement, and billing engagement, delivering a seamless commercial experience.
• Proactively manage commercial and procurement workflows to ensure invoice accuracy, timely payments, and overall account health, thereby reducing billing friction and preventing collections escalations.
• Partner closely with clients and internal stakeholders to address billing-related challenges, facilitate alignment across procurement and finance contacts, and proactively resolve issues impacting revenue realization.
• Act as a trusted advisor to both clients and Account Managers, ensuring a high-touch experience that supports long-term partnership growth and retention.
• Contribute to faster client payment cycles, reduced aging receivables, and a significant improvement in the overall client billing and payment process.

Account Management Specialist

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and understanding their business goals to align marketing strategies accordingly.
• Develop and manage marketing campaigns across email, SMS, and push notification channels, leveraging AI tools for analytics, optimization, and creative execution.
• Analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve future campaigns.
• Collaborate with creative, analytics, and strategy teams to ensure campaigns are aligned, executed efficiently, and meet client objectives.
• Manage end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to client expectations.
• Continuously monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies, targeting, and creative elements to improve engagement, conversions, and ROI.
• Lead regular client meetings and presentations to review campaign performance, discuss upcoming initiatives, and maintain alignment on goals and strategy.

• Handling end-to-end corporate client onboarding with focus on new-to-bank relationships across UAE, Mashreq’s footprint markets, and non-presence countries including KSA.
• Preparing high-quality credit applications, ensuring compliance with policies, strategies and regulations.
• Identifying key risks, and implementing mitigants aligned with the bank’s target market, credit appetite, and strategic objectives.
• Work closely with originators on new to bank transactions, including discussions with customers on funding requirements.
• Prepare high quality credit proposals with a focus on identifying major risks.
• Ensure credit application submission within acceptable turnaround time which meets internal standards.
• Manage risks in line with banks risk appetite while highlighting any policy exceptions within the credit application.
• Perform required Transaction screening and conducting independent due diligence.
• Establish cordial relationship with Credit risk Management.
• Handle monthly/quarterly reports and ensure timely submissions.
• Adhere to risk and compliance policies and practices and obtain necessary compliance approvals.
• Review of facility documents in coordination with originators for facility execution.
• Coordinate with operation team for limits loading and obtain necessary approvals.

Account Manager – Growth, Retention

• To assist Financial Institutions (FI) Relationship Manager(s) / Senior Relationship Manager(s) in preparing MIS, Business Plans, and resolving operational matters
• Assist FI RMs / SRMs in strengthening relationships with FI clients and achieving financial and non-financial goals for the assigned FI clients or countries
• Assist to manage FI RMs / SRMs of cross-border limits/ exposures for the assigned countries / FI clients
• Assist FI RMs / SRMs marketing of FI products, through a highly professional and focused approach and as per defined marketing plan/strategy
• To act as a back-up for RMs / SRMs in their absence
• Support the RMs in identification of; a) existing clients’ needs by regular calling, analysing & providing market updates keeping a close contact to increase business and obtain feedback for relationship & service enhancements; and b) new business opportunities and ensuring also these are aligned with the bank’s product capabilities and relevant operational, risk management and financial crime / compliance policies
• Provide "back up" support to the RMs with the day to day client management encompassing working with the local teams including operations.
• Maintain a) appropriate own relationship contacts (and act as RM back-up) with existing clients and FIs, with the aim to grow and diversify the core branch payments and trade finance business with identified names / sectors; and b) work with RMs on relationships / contacts seeking to increase the origination & development of more trade finance deals, risk participations, syndications, trade loans, bilateral loans, etc.,
• Work with the RM team co-ordinating with other units in the branch / bank to maintain and improve service delivery standards and ensure quality service for the bank’s clients and prompt resolution of any client issues or operational problems

Assistant Relationship Manager – FI, Mashreq Global Network

• The Account Manager – Legal & Compliance Technology is responsible for pursuing new customer accounts, managing and retaining existing customers, and driving revenue growth within legal, compliance, government, and public safety segments.
• The AM owns the customer relationship from initial pursuit through long-term expansion, acting as a trusted legal-technology advisor to commercial, enterprise, and government customers using VIDIZMO solutions.
• Evaluate and stress-test VIDIZMO's product claims against real legal and regulatory scenarios on behalf of prospective and existing customers.
• Simulate and walk through use cases including FOIA request handling, digital evidence chain of custody, court-admissible redaction, eDiscovery workflows, and compliance audit trails.
• Proactively identify, pursue, and close new customer accounts within legal, compliance, government, and public safety segments.
• Own and manage a portfolio of active customer accounts post-sale.
• Identify and close upsell opportunities across additional users, licenses, storage, features, and compliance modules.
• Build territory and account plans aligned with customer legal obligations and market dynamics.
• Act as the voice of the customer internally, sharing insights on legal needs, compliance gaps, and competitive trends.
• Leverage AI tools strategically to research legal frameworks, map compliance requirements, draft scenario documentation, and accelerate sales workflows.
