• Produce high-quality video creatives in 2D and 3D: own the full production of engaging, polished assets that meet a high visual bar and capture player attention
• Deliver strong visual storytelling through motion: using composition, color, animation principles, and staging to create emotionally engaging and high-performing creatives
• Work across a modern production stack (After Effects, Blender, Unity): collaborating closely with creative developers and adapting to technical workflows beyond traditional motion design

Freelance Motion Designer – Mobile Games

• Join us as a Motion Designer and help bring our brand to life through video and motion.
• You’ll take projects from concept to completion, crafting compelling, on-brand stories across marketing, brand, and product touchpoints.
• With a sharp editorial eye and solid motion design skills, you'll help keep our visual language consistent, contribute to our motion principles, and look for smarter ways to create and scale video, including with AI-enabled workflows.

Motion Designer

• Asumir la propiedad de la localización de movimiento para los activos de video de Preply: campañas, contenido de HUB, videos de productos y redes sociales, en 5 a 9 idiomas objetivo, incluyendo ES, DE, IT, PL, FR, JP y KR. Entregar múltiples versiones en diferentes idiomas por proyecto con calidad, ajuste cultural y fidelidad a la marca consistentes.
• Diseñar y documentar sistemas de localización y plantillas de After Effects que hagan más rápido nuestro flujo de trabajo y menos dependiente de la disponibilidad individual. Construir procesos que todo el equipo pueda seguir, no solo tú.
• Propietario de QC en todas las variantes de idioma antes de que llegue a la revisión del stakeholder. Marcar proactivamente desbordamiento de texto, desajustes de especificaciones, cuadros faltantes y brechas de proceso: no esperar a que te lo digan.
• Colaborar estrechamente con el equipo de localización, editor de video y diseñadores de movimiento para verificar ciclos de revisión, actualizaciones de texto y entrega final. Mantener múltiples canales de idiomas en movimiento simultáneamente sin perder la pista de ninguno de ellos.
• Contribuir al trabajo de diseño de movimiento original, desarrollando animaciones desde cero cuando la capacidad de localización lo permita y el equipo necesite apoyo.

Motion Designer – Localization

• Responsible for helping assigned departments to solve basic technical issues
• Fixes the issues in the assigned scenes
• Helps artists to solve simple bugs
• Reviews pending tickets
• Assists artists when issues arise in the day-to-day processes of the department
• Tests libraries such as Houdini's HDAs and prototypes
• Updates basic documentation
• Reviews and updates the technical documentation related to the workflows and tools of the department that they support
• Is responsible for asset assemblies and updates
• Attends technical meetings to as requested
• Keeps up on current artistic methodologies and on technology trends and tools
• Is willing to learn new workflows and proactively contribute to making them more efficient
• Assists other team members when necessary
• Follows the department supervisor and leads’ instruction
• Has the ability to multi-task, collaborate with TDs or TAs

Technical Artist

• Fix the issues in the assigned scenes.
• Help artists to solve simple bugs.
• Review Pending Tickets.
• Assist artists when issues arise in the day-to-day processes of the department – eg. Creating work scenes, publishing work, preparing renders for dailies, etc.
• Test libraries such as Houdini's HDAs and prototypes.
• Updating basic documentation. Review and update the technical documentation related to the workflows and tools of the department that they support.
• Be responsible for Asset assemblies and updates.
• Attend technical meetings to as requested, to keep trained and updated in the new studio/department tools, pipelines, workflows, etc.
• Keeps up on current artistic methodologies and on technology trends and tools that best suit the production and the company in the development of a stronger creative and technical environment.
• Assists other team members, when necessary.
• Follows the department supervisor and leads’ instruction.
