• Create engaging motion graphics, animations, and video assets for paid social, organic social, website content, CRM campaigns, and product communications.
• Translate complex dermatological and healthcare topics into clear, compelling visual narratives that resonate with our audience and strengthen brand trust.
• Collaborate with Brand, Marketing, and Product teams to develop creative concepts and bring campaigns to life through dynamic motion design.
• Edit and optimize video content for various platforms, ensuring consistency in quality, branding, and messaging across all touchpoints.
• Continuously test, analyze, and refine creative assets based on campaign performance data and audience insights.
• Work closely with designers, marketers, copywriters, and external partners to deliver high-impact creative projects on time and at scale.

Motion Designer

• Create engaging handcrafted/manual animations (e.g., in After Effects) for subtitles to demonstrate how PHONT improves the subtitle experience across formats — from film to Reels
• Design marketing visuals and assets for social media and advertising campaigns
• Conceptualize and visualize motion assets that will later be implemented universally in our product codebase
• Conduct research to develop motion-design concepts that reflect PHONT’s core mission

Motion Design Intern, Working Student

• 3D-Animation: Du erstellst hochwertige 3D-Assets und Animationen (CGI), die unsere Social-Media-Produktionen auf ein neues Level heben.
• Brand Safety & Qualität: Entwicklung von Brand-Safety-Lösungen: Du stellst sicher, dass alle KI-generierten und animierten Assets den strengen Corporate-Identity-Vorgaben unserer Kunden entsprechen und rechtlich sowie visuell sicher sind.
• Erstellung von Styleguides und Templates, die eine konsistente Markenführung über alle Kanäle hinweg garantieren.
• Post-Production Power: Du unterstützt die Produktion im Edit und sorgst für das visuelle Upgrade unserer Video-Projekte.
• Compositing, Tracking und Retusche sind für dich Werkzeuge für Perfektion.

Motion Designer, AI Artist

• You conceptualize, shoot and edit video content for our social media channels, website and pitches (e.g., Reels, explainer videos, interviews)
• You take care of sound — from selecting appropriate music to editing voice-overs and sound effects
• You bring static graphics to life and create animated icons and motion graphics for our digital formats
• You develop custom illustrations and key visuals that make our complex energy topics visually accessible
• You support the team in planning video shoots and help with general marketing organization (e.g., event preparation)
• You maintain our media library and ensure video and audio assets are optimized and available for all platforms
