About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop and maintain high-complexity, resilient, ultra-low-latency backend architectures using the Java ecosystem.
Design, implement and maintain complex CI/CD pipelines, integrating multiple services and environments in distributed architectures (AWS, Kubernetes, Docker).
Ensure the application of best practices for security, authentication (OAuth2), monitoring and observability (Grafana).
Make technical decisions based on trade-off analysis of algorithms, data structures and performance in high-load systems.
Drive the adoption of generative AI tools (Copilot, Claude Code) to boost team productivity and improve delivery quality.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Deep expertise in Java (modern versions) and the Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Security).
Strong experience with microservices architecture, integration patterns and messaging systems (e.g., Apache Kafka or RabbitMQ).
Advanced modeling and optimization of relational databases (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL stores (e.g., Redis, MongoDB).
Hands-on experience with automated testing (unit, integration and load tests) focused on quality assurance and high coverage.
Practical knowledge of containers (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes) and cloud environments (AWS).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) and observability practices (Grafana, Prometheus).
