About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Participate in understanding business needs, ensuring value delivery;
Design architecture and evaluate available technologies to solve the right problem;
Implement data pipelines to democratize data within a Data Mesh architecture;
Combine architecture and technology to develop and deliver reusable components such as connectors, APIs, SDKs, and CLIs;
Test and automate everything possible;
Validate and adapt components based on user feedback;
Collaborate to improve product quality and drive technological innovation in the workplace.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Knowledge of large-scale data processing, parallel and distributed processing (Apache Spark, Hadoop, Hive, etc.);
Experience with AWS Data & Analytics services (Glue, EMR, Athena, QuickSight);
Proficiency in Python;
Strong knowledge of core AWS cloud services (S3, Lambda, SQS, DynamoDB, API Gateway);
Hands-on experience with relational databases (SQL) and NoSQL databases (document and key-value stores);
Strong command of DevOps practices and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CodePipeline, etc.).
