About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define scalable, high-performance frontend architectures, taking into account performance requirements and future growth;
Diagnose and resolve complex performance issues, especially those related to the JavaScript runtime and the event loop;
Actively participate in technical discussions, proposing appropriate rendering strategies (CSR, SSR, SSG, ISR) for each project;
Identify and remediate security vulnerabilities in frontend applications (XSS, CSRF, sensitive data leaks);
Lead initiatives to improve application quality, testability, and accessibility;
Implement and optimize build processes to improve performance and security;
Publish technical guidelines to standardize best practices across the team.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Advanced proficiency in React and efficient componentization;
Proven experience with modern web rendering strategies (SSR, CSR, SSG, ISR);
Ability to define robust, scalable frontend architectures;
Deep knowledge of closures, scope, coercion, and the JavaScript event loop;
Ability to implement frontend security policies;
Experience with automated testing (unit and E2E) integrated into CI/CD pipelines;
Familiarity with modern build tools (Webpack, Rollup) and asset optimization.
