About the role
- Serve as the Tech Lead with technical responsibility for all Social Products, ensuring team efficiency, delivery quality, and data security
- Lead front-end development using React and Next.js and back-end using Node, ensuring the technical excellence of solutions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to translate business needs into clear and feasible technical requirements
- Promote the development of autonomy within the team, encouraging proactivity and professional growth
- Apply systemic thinking to identify opportunities for process and product improvements and optimizations
- Ensure clear, assertive, and objective communication between teams, facilitating alignment and decision-making
- Actively participate in planning, development, code reviews, and deployments, ensuring development best practices are followed.
Requirements
- Strong experience in front-end development with React and Next.js
- Knowledge of back-end development with Node.js for efficient front-end/back-end integration
- Ability to lead teams, develop autonomy, and foster a collaborative environment
- Systemic perspective to understand the impact of solutions on the overall product and business context
- Clear, assertive, and objective communication to facilitate alignment between teams and stakeholders
- Experience with version control (Git) and agile development methodologies.
