About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist in the retention of the ZRS MANAGEMENT resident through skilled, efficient, professional service
Responsible for overall maintenance of the property, including service calls, on-call service, scheduling apartment turns, and conducting repairs
Maintain common areas and pool(s)/Jacuzzi(s)
Train other maintenance employees and assist in vendor selection
Conduct weekly community light inspections and maintain logbooks
Comply with EPA requirements and Fair Housing laws

Requirements

What you’ll need

Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record & proof of automobile insurance coverage
HVAC certification preferred
Maintenance experience & knowledge in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances
Ability to lift heavy objects
Willing to work on-call hours and on weekends as determined by Property Manager
Willing to travel for training and education seminars
