About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist in the retention of the ZRS MANAGEMENT resident through skilled, efficient, professional service
  • Responsible for overall maintenance of the property, including service calls, on-call service, scheduling apartment turns, and conducting repairs
  • Maintain common areas and pool(s)/Jacuzzi(s)
  • Train other maintenance employees and assist in vendor selection
  • Conduct weekly community light inspections and maintain logbooks
  • Comply with EPA requirements and Fair Housing laws

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record & proof of automobile insurance coverage
  • HVAC certification preferred
  • Maintenance experience & knowledge in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances
  • Ability to lift heavy objects
  • Willing to work on-call hours and on weekends as determined by Property Manager
  • Willing to travel for training and education seminars
