About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct extensive research to map talent landscapes in robotics, AI, automotive, software, hardware, and operations
Collaborate with Executive Recruiting and hiring partners to define search criteria and build top-of-funnel strategies for niche leadership roles
Craft bespoke outreach campaigns to engage passive executive candidates
Conduct initial high-level screens assessing qualifications, leadership capability, cultural fit, and interest in Zoox’s mission
Build and maintain a network of potential future leaders
Develop recruitment strategies and data-driven market maps for Director, VP, and C-Suite roles
Serve as a first point of contact and brand ambassador for industry leaders, articulating Zoox’s mission and value proposition

Requirements

What you’ll need

6+ years of total sourcing experience
At least 1 year of experience focused on executive search at Director level or above
Demonstrated expertise in proactive candidate sourcing
Experience developing and maintaining complex talent maps and pipelines
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Comfort communicating with and influencing senior stakeholders and candidates
Ability to quickly understand Autonomy, Hardware, Software, G&A, and Operations domains
Ability to articulate how leaders fit into broader business strategy
Interest in the autonomous and electric vehicle industry (bonus qualification)
Expertise leveraging Lever ATS for metrics, sourcing strategies, and talent pipelines (bonus qualification)
