About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Identify operational improvements for the Mission Readiness function that set us up for scale
Work cross-functionally to intake, document, and prioritize requests for process changes from a number of partner teams
Design and document workflows focused on vehicle charging, cleaning, inspections, etc
Provide bi-weekly status updates to key stakeholders on process improvement initiatives
Set the vision for the Mission Readiness function and ensure success via metrics like vehicle turnaround time

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
8+ years of experience in program management, operational excellence, process improvement, or a related field
Experience in a product-based operations environment
Prior experience developing and using data and metrics to support strategic decision-making
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proactive mindset and resourcefulness
Master's degree in a relevant discipline (Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Program Management, etc.) (Bonus)
Six Sigma Certifications (Bonus)
PMP, PgMP, or similar project management certification (Bonus)
Experience in the autonomous vehicle, ride-hail, transportation, or other relevant mobility industries (Bonus)
Experience with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies and ideally, possessing certifications (Bonus)
