About the role
- Own the entire contingent workforce program, ensuring delivery across VMS, WFM, and LMS.
- Define the target-state operating model for contingent labor, including onboarding, compliance, time capture, billing, and offboarding.
- Drive vendor strategy and governance across staffing suppliers and VMS providers.
- Lead cross-functional alignment across Operations, HRIS, Finance, Legal, IT, and Security.
- Manage roadmap definition, execution cadence, risk, and executive reporting.
- Ensure compliance, scalability, and cost transparency across the contingent workforce lifecycle.
- Provide strategic guidance for integration and operational adoption.
Requirements
- 8+ years of program management experience with a focus on contingent workforce programs.
- Hands-on experience with VMS platforms (e.g., Fieldglass, Beeline).
- Strong knowledge of contingent labor compliance and supplier management.
- Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional enterprise programs.
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
