About the role
- As a Cost Engineer at Zoox, you will support the Vehicle Program team by taking ownership of the vehicle Bill of Materials cost and investments. You will partner with engineering teams across the entire Vehicle Development organization to ensure every component is designed with cost, quality and scalability in mind. Your work will directly influence program decisions and ensure Zoox can deliver world-class technology at the right value.
Requirements
- BS or MS in Engineering At least 6 years of experience in Cost Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain or Business Operations Proven analytical skills with experience in cost modeling and estimation Knowledge of vehicle systems and components, with experience at an automotive OEM and/or Tier 1 supplier Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
