About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure alignment with company goals, client commitments, and strategic objectives.
  • Lead, develop, and support operational teams across multiple locations.
  • Drive business development efforts, identify growth opportunities, and cultivate new client relationships.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning, expansion initiatives, and organizational development.
  • Ensure operational performance, financial objectives, compliance requirements, and service quality standards are consistently met.
  • Travel to company locations as needed, including quarterly visits to Tulsa and approximately 30% overall travel.
  • Represent the company in client meetings, executive discussions, industry engagements, and partnership opportunities.
  • Develop and implement processes that improve efficiency, accountability, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and provide recommendations to support sustainable growth.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven executive leadership experience in operations, facilities management, security services, or a related industry.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling operations and driving organizational growth.
  • Strong business development experience with a track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, strategic planning, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience managing multiple departments, locations, or service lines.
  • Ability and willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time.
  • Experience working within a veteran-owned or service-oriented organization is preferred but not required.
