About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop practice workflows and processes
- Conduct training remotely or on-site
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone and in writing
- Regular on-site visits to customers at their practices
- Collaborate with developers to implement findings and improvements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in dental practice operations, preferably as a ZFA (dental assistant) or practice manager
- Positive and respectful attitude toward people
- Teamwork and appreciative, solution-oriented communication
- Excellent ability to grasp new information and quick learning aptitude
- Strong technical and analytical thinking skills
- Initial experience in support or customer service
- Self-organized and independent way of working
- Professional and friendly demeanour
- Basic IT knowledge
- Willingness to learn during the onboarding process
