About the role
- Create email sequences for leads (welcome, nurturing, re-engagement)
- Develop and send regular company email campaigns
- Set up automations and integrations via Zapier
- Work with Mailchimp: segmentation, templates, triggers, campaigns
- Monitor analytics: open rates, CTR, conversions, A/B tests
- Optimize email communication workflows for the travel audience
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in email marketing
- Experience in the travel industry is a plus
- Strong English skills (all communication and content in English)
- Proficiency in Mailchimp and setting up automations
- Ability to create clear and engaging email sequences
- Experience with Zapier integrations
- Understanding of email analytics and performance metrics
