About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support enterprise systems and ensure their stability
- Utilize AWS services to develop and administer solutions
- Integrate APIs and serverless functions
- Implement Infrastructure as Code and automation techniques
- Follow security best practices in AWS environments
- Collaborate with team members for effective project delivery
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6+ years of experience supporting enterprise systems
- 3+ years of hands-on AWS experience in development or administration
- 3+ years of experience with AWS core services (EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, and Lambda)
- 3+ years of experience with Amazon Connect and/or contact center technologies
- 3+ years of experience integrating APIs, serverless functions, and cloud-native service
- 3+ years of experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation
- 3+ years of experience with security best practices, logging, and monitoring in AWS
- 3+ years of experience with scripting (Python, Bash, or equivalent)
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional OR AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional
- Preferred: Experience with AI/ML integrations and prompt engineering
- Preferred: Experience with hybrid cloud or third-party integrations
- Preferred: Experience with cost optimization and FinOps
- Preferred: Experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud Services and Hybrid Cloud Architectures
- Preferred: Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect (AZ-305)
