About the role
- Provide business analysis for state government projects
- Create detailed documentation including process flows and technical writing
- Collaborate with stakeholders to manage reporting requirements
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and standards
- Create and review SOP documentation and visual aids in Microsoft applications
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or an associate Degree with 2 years of Business Analysis experience.
- Technical Writing Experience
- Ability to create effective and clear process flows/similar diagrams in PowerPoint or Visio
- Simultaneously manage multiple reporting requirements
- Schedule management and planning skills.
- Experience supporting regulatory compliance projects
- Experience with technical SOP documentation and graphic creation in Visio
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Writing.
