About the role

  • Own product initiatives from discovery through launch and iteration
  • Translate customer feedback into actionable product requirements
  • Define and prioritize roadmap initiatives across Boatyard Service and Boatyard Sales
  • Partner with engineering, design, sales, and customer success to deliver high-impact features
  • Conduct customer interviews and market research within the marine industry
  • Analyze product performance metrics and drive data-informed decisions
  • Improve onboarding, retention, and revenue-driving features
  • Help shape long-term product strategy as we scale

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of SaaS product management experience
  • Strong ability to write clear product requirements and user stories
  • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering and design
  • Data-driven mindset with comfort analyzing usage and revenue metrics
  • Experience in SMB-focused SaaS is a plus
  • Marketplace, CRM, field service, or inventory systems experience is highly valued
  • Marine industry experience is a bonus (not required)
