Requirements

What you’ll need

prior experience successfully selling a variety of life insurance products, including both term and permanent life insurance
an active life insurance license
self-motivated, ambitious, and excited to continue to grow in your career in a fast paced sales environment
eager to find yourself among a diverse group of competitive peers, always learning from each other
willing to succeed in a target-driven environment, with substantial incentives based on various KPIs
work well with others, solving problems on the fly using Slack, Zoom, Five9 and other communication methods
