About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support national account strategies for multi-region rental partners by executing day-to-day account management activities
  • Maintain data accuracy and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver a consistent, high-quality partner experience
  • Drive renewals, adoption, and performance insights across distributed portfolios
  • Serve as a brand ambassador for Zillow Group, representing the interests of the company, advertisers, and industry partners
  • Mentor and educate partners on Zillow’s products and services to achieve shared goals
  • Conduct regular business reviews with partners to assess goals, analyze results, and provide recommendations
  • Analyze data and communicate insights to identify strengths and opportunities for partners
  • Demonstrate expertise in local real estate trends, compliance, and market activity
  • Utilize Zillow’s tech stack, including Salesforce and analytics tools, to manage business and client relationships
  • Represent the voice of the customer to influence product, marketing, and sales process improvements
  • Execute against the MEDDPICC sales process and adopt Challenger principles in every customer interaction

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years of experience in outside sales, business-to-business sales, or selling into accounts with multiple decision makers
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and key performance metrics
  • High energy, positive attitude, and a strong drive to achieve results
  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work quickly and accurately in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
  • Skilled at building relationships and engaging in high-level conversations with decision makers
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and data tools such as Excel and Google Analytics
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems (Salesforce.com or similar) preferred
