About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

define and track key success metrics across the Preferred Seller journey to measure performance and identify growth opportunities
own core business reporting, dashboards, forecasts, and reviews to inform stakeholders
lead A/B tests, pilots, and experiments to evaluate performance
use data to uncover trends and optimize seller conversion, sales performance, and operational efficiency
partner with leaders across departments for actionable analysis and recommendations
work with Engineering, Data, and business stakeholders to build scalable datasets and solutions
design clear analyses and visualizations for internal teams to understand performance
provide thought leadership and mentor junior analysts

Requirements

What you’ll need

bachelor’s or master’s degree in a quantitative field such as science, engineering, economics, mathematics, or statistics, or equivalent practical experience
5–10 years of experience in analytics, operations, consulting, FP&A, or a related field
strong SQL skills
experience with BI and visualization tools such as Tableau or Periscope
Python or R experience preferred
ability to use AI-powered tools and LLMs in analytical workflows
experience in independently leading cross-functional projects
strong statistical judgment, business acumen, and customer-focused mindset
