About the role

  • Advise licensees and internal teams of any changes to state licensing requirements
  • Understand and adhere to ongoing compliance with state brokerage operations manuals
  • Review and monitor reports of licensees, flagging anomalies as needed
  • Address customer care complaints and provide resolution assistance
  • Attend and participate in MLS, Association, State Commission meetings
  • Build and maintain local industry relationships
  • Maintain active MLS and association memberships and state real estate licenses

Requirements

  • 2+ years of management or transaction management experience
  • Hold and maintain an active real estate broker license in the state of Florida
  • Willing to acquire additional broker-level licenses in other states on behalf of Zillow
  • An active or former member and participant in designated local and/or state Boards and associations
  • An active current or former member of the National Association of REALTORS (NAR)
  • Willing and able to work 19 hours per week as directed
