About the role
- Build and scale ZIGChain’s visual brand engine
- Own design systems, AI workflows, and high-volume asset production while ensuring consistency, speed, and quality across the entire brand
- Conduct a full audit of existing visual assets and production workflows
- Deliver the v1 architecture for a modular, scalable design system
- Ensure the quality and reliability of the output
- Evolve the system based on data and user feedback while maintaining oversight/quality control
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on design experience in marketing, brand, product, or similar disciplines
- Demonstrated expertise with AI-assisted design tools in production environments (Midjourney, DALL·E, Firefly, Runway, Figma AI, or equivalent)
- Expert-level proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Suite, or equivalent
- Proven ability to systematize creative work —building and maintaining design templates, component libraries, reusable workflows, and documentation that others can follow
- Experience designing systems and workflows that absorb high-volume production while maintaining quality and consistency
- Strong visual judgment and meticulous attention to detail.
