About the role
- Craft and execute social strategies for ZetaChain’s social media channels, including X, Telegram, YouTube and LinkedIn
- Write social media content and articles, schedule posts, and manage social media calendars
- Engage with the community and interact with other Web3 brands on X (reply-guying)
- Propose creative social media strategies and compile performance reports to gauge effectiveness
- Track performance metrics and provide regular reports on engagement and growth
- Monitor channels for activity and manage community interactions
- Work closely with the CMO and cross-functional teams (product, business development, devrel) to support initiatives through strategic communication and content
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in social media, marketing, or a similar role
- Exceptional copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging, on-brand content across multiple platforms
- Deep knowledge of the crypto space—you speak the language and get the culture
- Comfortable writing in a degen, crypto-native voice that resonates with the Web3 community
- Extremely online—quick to spot trends, memes, and breaking news
- Proficient with major social media platforms and analytics tools
- Located in US or EU time zones
- Fluent or native-level English speaker
- Able to adapt communication style to engage with team members from diverse backgrounds and cultures
